Regarding international shipping

Regarding 3 week delivery time

We will be implementing a new system for some made-to-order products. Previously, we limited the number of items that were made to order for designs that took a long time to produce. However, recently, we have been grateful for the fact that we are seeing more and more cases where items are sold out along with new releases.

For customers who don't mind a longer delivery time, we have increased the number of 3-week delivery options. The price is the same. Compared to the 2-week delivery option, we have more inventory. However, please note that there is a limit to the number of options.

◆Note: Any other items paid for at the same time as the 3-week delivery item will also be shipped in the 3-week delivery period. If you would like the normal delivery time (2 weeks), please make separate payments. In this case, you will not be eligible for the combined shipping coupon.

About one-of-a-kind items and made-to-order products

m accessories are sold in both one-of-a-kind and made-to-order styles.

Made-to-order items will have a made-to-order badge attached. Items without a made-to-order badge are basically one-of-a-kind.

Regarding points

◆Point allocation rules
・You will be registered as a points eligible user when you register as a member.
・The total of each product's purchase price (tax included) x 1% will be returned as points.

Regarding fittings

For products with dangling metal fittings only, you can exchange the earrings if they do not fit your ears when you try them on after they arrive.

*If used for a long period of time, there will be an additional charge for the hardware.

◆Silicon covers are included for screw-spring earrings online only. Please note that items sold at consignment stores do not come with covers.
Because the silicone cover is hard, it may be difficult to put back on once it has been removed. Warming the cover with a hair dryer or in hot water will make it easier to put back on.

Regarding product photos

- When editing images, we do not increase the saturation, and we adjust the white balance (a function to correct the influence of the light color in the shooting environment and make white appear white). We try to post colors as close to the actual product as possible, but the appearance may vary depending on the device you use.

Precautions for use

・All m accessories are handmade.
- Because these are handmade products, there may be individual differences in color, size, texture, etc., and small scratches and bubbles may occur. If you are concerned about this, please refrain from ordering to avoid any problems.
・It may be damaged if dropped, pulled too hard, or subjected to strong impact. Please handle it gently.
- Avoid storing in places exposed to direct sunlight.
- After use, wipe off dirt and sweat with a soft cloth such as that used for jewelry.

Regarding stock

When you add an item to your cart, the item is not reserved in stock. It may be out of stock by the time you press the purchase button in your cart.

Due to the specifications of the cart, in rare cases where orders for one-of-a-kind items are concentrated and overlap within a few seconds of each other, the inventory will be negative. In this case, we will contact the customer who placed the last order and suggest that we make a piece with a similar color to the item you selected.

Price information

Due to rising material costs, prices may increase without notice.

Generally, we do not offer price reductions. The most reasonable price is set at the time of new release. As sales prices are on the rise, we recommend purchasing early.

In addition, some items may have different prices than the consignment store. This is because the presence or absence of an engraved plate and the grade of the metal fittings differ between the store and the online shop. (Some items in the online shop are made of K14GF, so they are several hundred yen more expensive.)

The correct English spelling for pierced earrings is "earrings", not "pierce". Therefore, we are showing you "Earrings". Earrings are "Clip-on Earrings". There may be some parts that are difficult to read, but please understand that this is also an announcement for overseas customers.
